If a reservation is active/started before November 1, it will be allowed to be continued until the end of the billing cycle that ends in November. If that reservation is extended past that billing cycle, it will be cut short and we will allow the guest and hosts to work directly together.

Examples:

  • Sarah has an active reservation that started on August 12 until January 19. On November 1 she will be on the billing cycle that goes from October 12 until November 11. Her reservation will be cut short until November 11 and no more charges will be made.

  • Pedro has an active reservation that started on September 16 and ends on November 31. His reservation will now end on November 15, the end of the billing cycle that was active on November 1.

  • Wang has an active reservation that started on February 7 and ends on November 6. His reservation will still end on November 6 since that is the end of the billing cycle that was active on November 1.

Before the reservation is shortcuted, please:

  • Send a private message to your host at nomadx.com/reservations and exchange contact information so you can arrange all the details out of NomadX platform.
